Leadership and Milestones

Founded by Mr. Piyush Agrawal in 2016, Cashless Bazar emerged from his passion for barter trade, following his extensive experience in sales, marketing, event management, and public relations. Based in Kolkata, Mr. Piyush began his career in 2000 and later ventured into the steel industry before establishing his event management company, Family Adda. Terms & Conditions

• Every income and reward will be transferred after TDS deduction.
• Commissions will be disbursed on the 10th of every month.
• Administrative charges (5%) will be deducted.
• Products are sourced through surplus and local tie-ups. Return and warranty policies are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
• We promote local suppliers and early-stage startups to help them grow through our platform.
• Any manipulation or misrepresentation of the business plan will lead to immediate ID termination and blocking of all associated benefits. Zero tolerance policy applies.
• Joining is purely voluntary and at the individual's discretion. CBPL management’s decision will be final and binding for all direct or indirect marketing benefits. CBPL reserves full authority to modify any terms and conditions as per legal compliance governed by laws and regulations.
• ₹500 is the minimum withdrawal amount.
• The company's financial liability is limited to the amount paid for shopping.
• Any offer or promotion can be withdrawn at any time with prior intimation.
• Vendor product listing is solely at the company’s discretion as per internal policy.
• Discounts and business volume on any product will be decided by CBPL.
• For products sold on CashlessBazar, payment will first be received by CBPL and then, as per the agreed terms between the vendor and CBPL, it will be transferred to the vendor.
• In case of a product return (whether sold by CBPL or vendor), the return will be processed as per the company policy, and upon approval within 15 days, the amount will be credited to the shopping wallet.
• By joining the CashlessBazar community, you are authorized to promote the CashlessBazar ecosystem and earn rewards.
• CBPL will pass on rewards in the form of CBTP. The value of 1 CBTP can vary between ₹0.80 to ₹1.25. (The applicable CBTP rate will be displayed in the main wallet each month when transferring CBTP to a bank account.)
• If you introduce a vendor and their product gets listed, you will be eligible for 1% commission on sales. This will be calculated every quarter and credited to your main wallet.
• Dealer income, one-time gifts, and vendor sale commissions will be passed only to active paid IDs.
• Each paid ID is valid for one year. To continue receiving benefits after that period, renewal is required.

Shipping & Returns

How does the delivery process work?

1. Order Processing: After your order is processed, products undergo a thorough quality check to ensure they are in perfect condition.

2. Packing & Dispatch: Once approved, products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner, Blue Dart.

3. Delivery Attempt: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver at the earliest. If they face any issues reaching your address, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

4. Delivery Guarantee: Delivery is subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions. Any errors in the provided name or address may lead to non-delivery.

Cashlessbazar Return Policy

Cashlessbazar offers an Easy Return Policy allowing customers to raise a return request within 1-3 business days of product delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged product upon delivery

Please Note:

Returns are not accepted for products that you simply dislike or wish to change.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact, and they should be unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

After a thorough inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed within 72 working hours upon receiving the product at our office.

Cancellation & Refunds

There may be certain orders that we might be unable to process due to certain reasons. Cashlessbazar solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Certain criteria for cancellation of order includes that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to Provide the product/products or customer cancel thier order before order status update in proccessing (order processing time may take 24-48 working hours), full paid amount will be refunded to customer within 10-15 working days in same payment mode as you paid.

Also if the order is cancelled by the customer after being processed, the amount of that order won't be refunded.

The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. The Company is not liable to the Customer / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstances, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company / courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to . All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. In such case the order will be cancelled and the voucher amount of such product will not be refundable.
